Project Safety Supervisor
Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable to production and dispensing areas.
Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards; determine corrective and preventive measures, verify calibrated equipment status, and follow up on implementation.
Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation, covering task-specific hazards, control measures, and safe handling procedures.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements, including reporting any deviations or damaged materials to supervisors.
Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, including material handling, work at height, confined space entry, and hot work.
