Project Safety Supervisor
Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and applicable industry standards across all worksites. Support the HSE Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in developing project-specific HSE procedures, policies, and guidelines aligned with both company and client expectations. Provide technical HSE support to Project and Operations teams on safety, occupational health, and environmental matters. Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to the commencement of work. Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation. Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements. Track HSE performance metrics and produce regular reports for the Department Head to support data-driven decision-making. Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards, determine corrective and preventive measures, and follow up on implementation.
