Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work to embed a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Track HSE performance metrics and produce regular reports for the Department Head to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HSE outcomes.
