Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work, embedding a strong safety culture across all project activities. Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents, including fire-related emergencies; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements. Track HSE performance metrics and produce regular reports for the Department Head to support data-driven decision-making.
