Project Safety Supervisor
Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards across every operational phase. Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards; determine corrective and preventive measures and follow up on implementation to verify close-out. Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task. Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements. Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.
