Project Safety Supervisor
- Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, aligning with HIRA principles.
- Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near‑miss incidents; compile and close out Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task‑specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to work commencement.
- Track HSE performance metrics and produce regular reports for the Department Head to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Assist in developing project‑specific HSE procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with company and client standards.
