Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task.

Perform equipment and facility audits to detect existing or potential hazards; determine corrective and preventive measures and follow up on implementation.
