Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.
Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards, including fire safety regulations and alarm system protocols.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
