Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards, including environmental compliance and monitoring.

Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, embedding Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) into project operations.
