Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work to embed a proactive safety culture.
Ensure all worksites maintain full compliance with company safety policies, legislative requirements, and industry standards.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement.
