Project Safety Supervisor
Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Support the HSE Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE strategies across the project.
Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, with identified hazards systematically controlled and communicated.
