Project Safety Supervisor
Perform formal risk assessments and ensure approval is secured before the commencement of every task, embedding a proactive hazard control culture across the project.
Deliver daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
