Project Safety Supervisor
Support the HSE Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE strategies across the project to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company and client standards.
Attend pre-job, planning, and client meetings as the HSE representative to address safety-related concerns and integrate risk considerations into operational planning.
Provide technical HSE support to Project and Operations teams on safety, occupational health, and environmental matters.
Assist in developing project-specific HSE procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with company and client standards.
Ensure a formal risk assessment is completed and approved before the commencement of every task, embedding Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) practices into daily operations.
