Project Safety Supervisor
Deliver HSE induction training and orientations for all new contractor employees prior to site mobilisation, embedding a strong safety culture from the point of mobilisation.
Facilitate daily toolbox talks, briefing workers on task-specific hazards and applicable control measures prior to commencement of work.
Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents; compile and close out all Accident Investigation Reports in line with regulatory requirements.
